Shakti Barnhill, also known as Chef Shakti Joy, is a plant-powered chef, yoga teacher and wellness and spiritual coach who has dedicated her life to joyful, holistic living. A certified yoga and meditation guide, reiki master and rebirthing breathwork facilitator, she helps others reconnect with their bodies through breath, movement and nourishing food.
